On 25 and 26 May, our UK based team attended Work 2.0 Technology conference.

Work 2.0 Workplace and Technology ConferenceIt was a jammed packed day, full of exciting speakers offering insight and thought leadership from collaboration, workspace design, mental health, flexibility, agile working and technology.

The conference was kicked off by Nicola Millard, Head of Customer Insights and Futurology at BT. Nicola discussed the Collaboration Conundrum: Connecting employees in a globalised and virtualised World; and wow what a start. Nicola raised the bar and each key note speaker stepped up.

Our very own Julian Griffith, Director of Sales and Marketing Enablement took part in a lively panel discussing Multiple Workspace solutions for the Modern Workforce mentioning too how “technology provides Flexability like Never before, creating truly global teams”.

Our top take-aways from the event

Fantastic insight and throught leadership were the order of the day, and below are our highligts from the event:

Collaboration is key

Reprogramme your thinking

Events like the above give us a chance to gain insight from industry thought leaders like Kin Wellness CEO, Anna Gudmundson, who said, “if there’s doughnuts in the office, you eat them. If there’s apples in the office, you eat them. Changing your environment will create culture change and wellness”. It also offers up a chance for our team to connect with clients, new and existing to discuss our product range, and finding a solution to their workspace needs.

Mathematically we can prove that design relates to productivity output’ – Camilla Winsten, Global Head of Design Services, Nokia
